1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the cc6v4 platform (accessible via https://cc6v4.cam and associated mobile applications), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

• You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

cc6v4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including but not limited to valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership) at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of account balance.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) cc6v4 account. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. cc6v4 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts based on IP address, device fingerprinting, payment method, residential address, and other data points. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cc6v4 account login credentials (username and password). You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party. Any activity occurring under your account is deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, wagers, and withdrawals made through your account.

You must notify cc6v4 immediately via live chat or email ([email protected]) if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. cc6v4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your cc6v4 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification checks. cc6v4 also reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at its sole discretion in cases of breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or regulatory compliance requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

cc6v4 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other partner banks), and cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC20/ERC20 networks). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (or equivalent in other accepted currencies). All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits are credited to your cc6v4 account instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. cc6v4 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. 4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, unless alternative arrangements are approved by cc6v4 for security or compliance reasons.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use cc6v4 services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without the express written permission of cc6v4.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, cc6v4, its parent company, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of cc6v4 services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or software errors.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the platform.
• Any other matter relating to cc6v4 services.

In no event shall cc6v4's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of funds deposited into your cc6v4 account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact cc6v4 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days of your initial contact, either party may proceed with formal legal action.
